Joe Thelusca is an accomplished public policy advocate and a great Community Engagement influencer with a national outreach. He is known for his ability to foster lasting partnerships between governments, businesses, and nonprofits to advance corporate and social equity goals.

Joe is a Pastor, husband, community Leader and a transformational spiritual leader. He has forged vital healthcare alliances, and facilitated greater access to healthcare for high-risk communities. Mr. Thelusca’s career is marked by diverse leadership roles, including White House Liaison for Caribbean Affairs, and he is recognized for his academic achievements and awards, such as the Who’s Who in America in the Haitian Diaspora award in 2014. Joe is a compassionate Republican leader.
